Cluster members have the right to:
elect and be elected to the management of the Cluster in the manner and subject to the provisions of the Charter;
use the services, benefits and privileges of the Cluster, as well as all types of methodological, informational, advisory and other assistance that the Cluster can provide;
use the common assets of the Cluster (website, common funds, common stands at expositions, etc.) on the terms determined by the Cluster's management to grow the image and reputation;
gain access to innovative and export resources and opportunities, including searching for partners and clients abroad;
receive preferential terms for training and development programs organized by Cluster partners;
for priority inclusion in grant and other structural programs of export, innovative, regional, industrial and digital development;
participate in conferences, seminars and other events organized and held by the Cluster on the terms determined by the Cluster management bodies;
receive information from the Cluster's management about its activities;
discuss any issues related to the activities of the Cluster, submit proposals to the management on improving the activities of the Cluster;
financially support the cluster, incl. through voluntary donations.
adhere to the provisions of the Statute, the Membership Regulations, other internal acts and comply with the decisions of the General Meeting, the Board and other bodies of the Cluster, which are binding on the Cluster members and comply with the current legislation;
pay membership fees in a timely manner in the amount and in the manner prescribed by the Membership Regulations;
actively participate in achieving the goals and objectives of the Cluster, assist it in every possible way in its activities;
prevent actions that discredit the Cluster and its members;
inform the management bodies of the Cluster about the facts known to them that may affect its activities, as well as about the facts of violation of the Charter;
carry out other duties stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine, the Charter and internal documents of the Public Union.
Membership in the Cluster is voluntary.
A member of the Cluster can be a legal entity of private law, including public associations, as well as individuals who share the purpose and objectives of the Cluster, recognize the provisions of the Statute and undertake to comply with them. The cluster is free for new members to join.
Cluster members take part in its work and management through their authorized representatives (individuals). Founders who are members of the constituent assembly acquire membership in the Cluster after its state registration. Admission of new members to the Cluster is carried out by the Board on the basis of a submitted written application. The amount and procedure for payment by members of entrance, periodic and target fees is determined by the Regulations on membership in the Public Association, approved by the Constituent / General Assembly.
Membership in the Cluster is terminated in cases of voluntary termination of membership or by exclusion from the members of the Public Association. Voluntary termination of membership is carried out by submitting a written application to the Board. The decision of the Board in case of voluntary termination of membership is not required. The date of termination of membership is the date of application.
A Cluster member may be excluded from it by decision of the Board in the following cases:
non-fulfillment of statutory obligations, including violation of the Charter, as well as non-fulfillment of decisions of the Cluster management;
violation of obligations to pay membership fees;
commission of actions that caused material or non-material (moral) damage to the Cluster and / or damage to the interests and business reputation of the Cluster;
identification of non-compliance with the requirements for membership in the Cluster.
The decision of the Board on exclusion from membership may be appealed at the General Meeting.
