Sumy machine-building cluster of energy equipment has the right to:
1) be a participant in civil law relations, acquire property and non-property rights and bear obligations, negotiate, conclude agreements necessary to achieve the purpose of the activity;
2) be a plaintiff and defendant in a court;
3) carry out the necessary economic and other activities by creating institutions and organizations with the status of a legal entity, establishing enterprises in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine, in order to fulfill the statutory goals and objectives;
4) acquire and dispose of property for the implementation of their statutory tasks in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine;
5) use their own property and property temporarily transferred to him for possession or use, if such use is necessary to achieve the purpose of the activity;
6) receive from public authorities and local governments the information necessary for the implementation of their goals and objectives;
7) submit proposals to state authorities and local self-government, to participate in the development of decisions of state authorities and local self-government in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine;
8) be involved in the process of formation and implementation of state policy, resolving issues of local importance, in particular, by holding consultations on important issues of state and public life, developing relevant draft legal acts, forming advisory, advisory and other subsidiary bodies under public authorities, local self-government bodies, in which the representatives of the Cluster participate;
9) represent and protect their legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of their members in state bodies and non-governmental organizations;
10) open accounts in national and foreign currencies in banking institutions;
11) receive funding from membership fees (entrance, periodic, targeted and others), non-refundable financial assistance, voluntary donations, as well as passive income and proceeds from statutory activities;
12) establish mass media, carry out publishing and information activities;
13) join Unions, associations and other associations created on a voluntary basis and contributing to the fulfillment of statutory tasks, including with foreign partners;
14) create and implement various projects, implement programs;
15) have other rights provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
